  • If I buy a YoZone from Yo Naturals how can I find the best locations?

    You don't have to; Yo Naturals has an in house team of location analysts that specialize in securing locations for our customers. We use a variety of marketing techniques to secure locations that meet the Yo Naturals criteria for success. We also have hundreds of locations contacting us each week wanting our machines. These locations are kept for our customers.

  • What are considered the best locations?

    The best locations are locations that consist of high foot traffic and no availability of healthy products. The idea of a vending machine is "convenience" so ideally your machines should be positioned in high traffic locations with high visibility and little access to products you sell. Offices, Schools, Hotels, Hospitals, Health Clubs and large Retailers are generally the best locations.

  • Where do I get the products to go in my vending machines?

    Yo Naturals offer the most comprehensive range of natural and organic products for your vending machines via an easy to use on-line ordering system. However, you are not obligated to buy from us.

  • What if my vending machines need repair?

    Upon delivery and installation of your vending machines Yo Naturals will provide you with training on the operation of the machines and a comprehensive machine operatoršs guide. Yo Naturals also offers a 1 year warranty on parts, 2 year warranty on the coin and bill devices and a 5 year warranty on the refrigeration unit. Technicians are available for service calls if required; a fee of $95 per hour applies.

  • How do I know what products to sell through my vending machine?

    Yo Naturals will recommend your first order making sure you begin your business selling the best tasting and most high profile natural and organic snacks. Yo Naturals also provides location plan-o-grams for each individual location. For example: Health Clubs will sell protein bars and energy drinks whereas corporate offices will sell healthy hot meals and beverages.

  • How many hours per week will it take me to run this business?

    Each YoZone machine should be visited at least once every 2-3 days for general maintenance. Each visit would generally take approximately 20-30 minutes. Our remote monitoring software will inform you of when you need to visit each location also, saving you valuable time.

  • Who operates vending macines?

    One of the most common misconceptions people interested in the vending business is that you are competing against the big players in the business. In fact family owned vending businesses with no additional employees, operate about one third of vending equipment.
